About
About
I’m César Fernando Pérez Velasco, a graphic designer and illustrator from Jalisco, Mexico. Since 2007, I’ve worked across visual design, illustration, and editorial projects. My publishing work includes complete book packages, from covers and interior layouts to print-ready files. I also bring that same care for visual storytelling, detail, and structure to digital experiences for brands and online stores. I’m currently studying Software Engineering while continuing to explore ways to tell stories through images and books.

- 03 A 50% deposit reserves your slot and begins the work.
- 04 You receive a sketch or WIP for approval.
- 05 Two reasonable revisions are included during sketch/WIP.
- 06 The balance is paid before the final high-resolution file is delivered.

FAQ
Do you use AI?
The final piece is drawn and painted by me in Krita. I may consult auxiliary references for specific details, but they are never incorporated into the final artwork or used in place of drawing.
Can you record a timelapse?
Yes, for files under 3000 × 3000 px. For larger canvases I can share process screenshots instead.
What are your response hours?
I usually reply from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Texas Central Time.
How long does delivery take?
Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and the queue.
What references should I send?
Character images, personality notes, pose, expression, outfit, palette, and mood or lighting references are helpful.
How many revisions are included?
Two reasonable rounds during sketch or WIP are included. Large changes after approval may need an extra fee.
Can I use the illustration commercially?
Base prices are for personal use. Covers, merchandise, advertising, publishing, and branding are quoted by license and scope.
What file do you deliver?
A finished high-resolution digital illustration. Tell me about required size, format, or ratio before we begin.
